We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

🔁 How to Return

1. Contact our support team at  sales@europeenergy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

• Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
